Set-up includes leveling the portable building with Concrete blocks provided by the delivery driver. Anchoring is up to homeowner. The driver will level the building when it is delivered initially. RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini warehousing. Our no strings plans allow you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application.

Siding
Our Duratemp siding comes with a manufacture 40-year warranty. Duratemp is a manufactured siding with a strong plywood core and a hardened veneer that won't split, crack, or break.
Floor
All standard buildings come with their own floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have 2 Pressure treated 4x6 runners with floor joists 12" on center. All 12' wide buildings have 4 Pressure Treated 4x6 runners. Floor decking is 5/8" shed flooring with a water-resistant coating. Our Garage packages come with floor joists on 8" centers.
